PFL heavyweights and women's featherweights will continue to push for playoff position in Atlanta as a levy of failed drug tests has purged the organization. The list of suspended fighters includes 2021 champion Bruno Cappelozza and newcomer Rizvan Kuniev.

The main event will feature 2022 champion Ante Delija and UFC veteran Maurice Greene while the women's featured bout is 2022 champion Larissa Pacheco vs. Invicta FC and Bellator veteran Amber Leibrock. Pacheco is on a seven-fight win streak with five knockouts and Leibrock is on a four-fight win streak, all by first-round finish. The main card is rounded out by Muhammad Ali's grandson, Biaggo Ali Walsh, UFC veteran Aspen Ladd, and a heavyweight opener of Renan Ferreira vs. Matheus Scheffel.

The preliminary card is headlined by Denis Goltsov and UFC vet Yorgan de Castro, Goltsov is currently riding a three-fight win streak during a stretch of six canceled fights. The rest of the card includes UFC vet Danilo Marques, former Bellator champion Julia Budd and LFA veteran and TUF contestant Jordan Heiderman.
