Taylor is coming off an extremely controversial split-decision win over Jack Catterall back in February of 2022. Lopez made the move up to 140 pounds after losing his unified lightweight champion status and also won a razor-thin split decision in his super lightweight debut, leaving doubts in the mind's of boxing aficionados about who will walk away with the title.
With both men already sending out serious threats to each other throughout the week, Saturday night cannot come any sooner.
