The official weigh in results for Bellator 297: Vadim Nemkov vs. Yoel Romero.

Since Vadim Nemkov vs. Yoel Romero was announced as the Bellator 297 main event fight, fans have been salivating as both men have styles that are simply polar opposites of one another.  The power that Romero possesses in his hands at his age could finally be the key to becoming a world champion. Nemkov could add a popular name to his list of beaten opponents, and if he can get past the always dangerous Romero it will continue to solidify why he is in talks of one of the best light heavyweights.

The co-main event has so much on the line for both men as Sergio Pettis returns to action after months of being cage side watching every Bellator bantamweight contender inch closer to his throne, after a torn ACL kept him sidelined. A tough test is presented in front of the current bantamweight champ Pettis as Patricio Pitbull looks to do what no man or women has done in the sport of mixed martial arts - and become the first fighter to become a three weight world champion. Pitbull is looking to become a Bellator belt collector and solidify a decorated legacy as literally the pound-for-pound best.

Bellator 297 has potential to be a memorable fight card that could be talked about for years to come. Top-to-bottom, it should be an exciting night of fights.
