PFL featherweights and light heavyweights will continue to push for playoff position in Atlanta as a levy of failed drug tests has purged the organization. The list of suspended fighters includes last year's light heavyweight champion Rob Wilkinson, new additions Thiago Santos, Krzysztof Jotko, Mohammed Fakhreddine, Daniel Torres, and Alejandro Flores.

The main event will feature last year's featherweight champion Brendan Loughnane against Jesus Pinedo. Pinedo will most likely need a finish to proceed in the tournament while Loughnane sits above the rest in the standings. Other notable featherweights on the bubble are Chris Wade, who faces Ryoji Kudo, and Marlon Moraes, who faces Gabriel Braga.

The featured light heavyweight bout will be Marthin Hamlet, who shares the lead in the standings with Josh Silveira, against Sam Kei. Rounding out the main card will be Silveira against Delan Monte, Movlid Khaybulaev vs. Tyler Diamond, and Bubba Jenkins vs. Jo Sungbin.
