Crowd in shambles after Mike Hamel KO's Nick Browne in just seconds (Video)

Bellator 293: Mike Hamel knocks out Nick Browne in spectatcular fashion.
Mike Hamel defeated Nick Brown via KO (head kick and punches), Round 1 – 1:02 at Bellator 293 on Friday, March 31, 2023, live from the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA.
"Yeah, you know I've been training my ass off for 15 months and it was over with in 15 seconds. That's how good I am... It really doesn't matter, I'm coming into my own... that's three in a row. I told you a few years ago, I'm going to get it to 10," said Hamel.

While it might have felt like 15 seconds for Hamel, it took him slightly longer to score the knockout. However, that does not take away from the exception status of the knockout. Hamel connected on a head kick that landed flush on Browne's jaw. Browne immediately fell backward with his hips bouncing off the fence and pushing him forward into an oncoming Hamel who landed a left hand that flattened out Browne. From there, Hamel landed several more left hands until the fight was stopped by referee Frank Trigg after 42 seconds.
Following the stoppage, Hamel jumped ontop of the cage and started to celebrate. The fans errupted and started chanting "Magic Mike" until the decision was read. The victory improved Hamel to 10-4. While Browne dropped to 13-3.
