In the main event is a Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix Quarterfinal bout between No. 2 ranked former champion Patricky Pitbull. He will take on RIZIN lightweight champion Roberto De Souza, who is filling in on short notice for AJ McKee who was forced out of the tournament with a bad staph infection.

The co-main event is a inaugural flyweight title between Kyoji Horiguchi and Makoto “Shinryu” who face off to fight out who the first ever Bellator flyweight champion will be.
