A.J. McKee injured, out of Bellator Lightweight Grand Prix

Bellator announced several shake-ups to its Bellator X RIZIN card on July 29.

Bellator and RIZIN hosted a press release on Tuesday night to announce that former champion A.J. McKee is injured and is out of the Bellator Lightweight Grand Prix.

Stepping in to replace McKee will be the RIZIN lightweight champion Roberto “Satoshi” De Souza versus Patricky Pitbull.

Due to the short notice nature of the fight it will be a 161pound fight but will remains a five-round Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix quarterfinal fight.

Additionally, Bellator announced that Patricky's brother Patricio Pitbull will also appear on the card versus Chihiro Suzuki in a non-title fight at a contract weight of 154 pounds.

The whole card takes place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on Saturday, July 29.
