Patchy Mix emphatically puts an end to the Bellator Bantamweight Grand Prix, winning the interim bantamweight title at Bellator 295 with a vicious KO of Raufeon Stots.
In just 80 seconds, Patchy Mix became $1 million richer, gained an interim title, won a Bellator MMA Grand Prix tournament and gets the chance to become an undisputed champion in a bigger fight down the road.
Mix knocked out Raufeon Stots in the main event of Bellator 295 to win the Bellator Bantamweight Grand Prix and win the interim Bellator bantamweight world title.
Mix will now have the opportunity to become undisputed champion when he meets the winner of the bantamweight title fight between champion Sergio Pettis and featherweight champ Patricio "Pitbull" Freire. Pettis vs. Freire takes place at Bellator 297 in June.
This marks just the second loss (first in Bellator) for Stots.
