Breaking down the WWE stars right now that UFC fans should follow now that WWE and UFC are owned by the same company.

Long gone are the days of tuning into WWE programming and finding fan favourites like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and The Rock gracing our television sets.

With the ever-changing guard in professional wrestling there are some usual suspects that have grown a fan base and have dominated WWE television for quite some time, but there are others who have earned the respect with their in-ring work that has made them the top tier talent in the eyes of the WWE universe.

The WWE may have a new fanbase joining the ranks now that the WWE has been sold to Endeavor and here's an easy cheat-sheet for new fans about who to watch for.

The biggest WWE stars right now

Roman Reigns: It is no secret that Roman Reigns is doing some special things right now with the WWE. Whether you love him or hate him, Reigns has put on stellar matches defending his titles and leaving no doubt that he is the top star of the WWE (or some might say, of all professional wrestling).

Cody Rhodes: Cody Rhodes had quite the following in his first run with the company, but never made it to superstardom. It seemed to always fizzle out and potentially the shadow cast from his legendary father Dusty Rhodes may have been too much. Rhodes reestablished himself in various companies before and really earned a following with what he did in AEW. Giving the WWE a competitor like AEW one might think Rhodes would never return to a top spot - well here he is 2023, another top guy in the WWE.

Sami Zayn: The well-scripted storyline with the Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman) helped skyrocket Sami Zayn’s stock with wrestling fans. You know you are doing something right when fans take to social media legitimately bummed that he didn’t capture championship gold dethroning the legendary title run of the juggernaut Reigns.

Rhea Ripley: Rhea Ripley has done it all within the WWE, capturing every major women’s championship. Ripley’s Wrestlemania 39 match against Charlotte Flair cemented everything her following already knew and that Ripley is destined for continued greatness.

Brock Lesnar: Brock Lesnar has been a staple within the company for many years and with the fan base he has generated from becoming the UFC heavyweight champion and what he has accomplished in the WWE, it is a no-brainer why his popularity has lasted as long as it has.

Bianca Belair: Bianca Belair, like Ripley, is forging an amazing path for women’s professional wrestling. With her message to inspire and the way she does it inside the squared circle, it makes sense why fans are team Belair, making her a big name in the WWE.
