Two heavyweights, both looking for a big win, will look to get that done when they square off in the main event of UFC Charlotte.
Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Jailton Almeida will do battle in the headline bout of today's UFC card at The Spectrum Center.
Things haven't been the same for Rozenstruik since his quick rise in his Octagon rookie year in 2019. Rozenstruik has won just three of his last seven, though he comes into this fight off a 23-second knockout of Chris Daukaus from UFC 282.
Almeida has won 13 straight and is 4-0 in the Octagon since coming into the UFC from Dana White's Contender Series. His first 12 months in the UFC saw him score a TKO of Danilo Marques, submissions of Parker Porter and Anton Turkalj and a second-round TKO of Shamil Abdurakhimov
Anthony Smith and Johnny Walker will square off in the light heavyweight co-main event.
