40. Juliana Miller

Juliana Miller competed in and won Ultimate Fighter 30: Team Pena vs. Team Nunes, fighting for Team Pena. Miller was undefeated as an amateur and went 2-1 before joining TUF. The grappler beat Claire Guthrie and Kaytlin Niel before finishing Brogan Walker in the women's flyweight finale. Miller is 1-1 in the UFC, most recently losing to Vanessa Hardy at UFC 286.

39. Travis Lutter

The Ultimate Fighter 4: The Comeback featured former or current UFC fighters who have yet to win a title and instead of coaches, prominent trainers and UFC fighters acted as advisors. Middleweight Travis Lutter fought at UFC 50 and was victorious against Marvin Eastman, but then lost his next fight with the promotion at UFC 54.

A year later, Lutter would beat Patrick Cote in the TUF finale and be scheduled to face Anderson Silva for the title, but Lutter would miss weight for the fight and the fight was changed to a non-title bout. Lutter would lose to Silva and then to Rich Franklin, being released from the UFC. Lutter publically announced his retirement, nine years after his last fight.
