UFC news: Only some of the UFC 291 payouts revealed [via MMA Junkie]
The athletic commission for Utah has allowed the fighters to decide if their purse information is released to the public. The development was first revealed by Alex Davis on July 28 but on August 7 the commission released the names and pay of the fur fighters who gave permission. CJ Vergara made $60,000, Gabriel Bonfim made $24,000, Bobby Green made $300,000, and Kevin Holland made $357,000, the most of the four disclosed.
MMA News: PFL reveals the date for the 2023 PFL Finals [via PFL Instagram]
Shortly after the first of three PFL Playoff events, the promotion officially announced the date for the 2023 Finals. It will take place on Black Friday, Nov. 24. Location is still to be determined.
What's happening on social media: Conor McGregor on a tweet bender
Conor McGregor went on a bender of sorts, calling out Jake Paul, Nate Diaz, Dustin Poirier, Justin Gaethje and Floyd Mayweather. These are all men he's not actually supposed to be fighting next.

While appearing on The MMA Hour, former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira said he's still open to fighting Conor McGregor.
“What’s happening is that I’m here — I’m just waiting for him. All he needs to do is tell me the place and the time, and I’ll be there. I don’t know, I’m here — where is Conor? 170, 183 [pounds], doesn’t matter. All he needs to do is stop and do it.”
