LOOK: Footage of 18-year-old Khabib Nurmagomedov destroying his opponent has surfaced

A video shows Khabib Nurmagomedov landing a perfect flying triangle during a match.

Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has always been known in MMA for his grappling skills. He's been a bit of a mythical figure for years, going undefeated and even wrestling a bear as a child.

But a new video has surfaced showing an 18-year-old (skinny) Nurmagomedov landing a flying armbar somewhere in Russia and it has fans beside themselves.

"Damn..I thought Mighty Mouse was the only person to pull that off," someone wrote about the video. Another fan said, "I appreciate the early stage career respect and sportsmanship."

"We've not even seen half the s**t the GOAT can do," someone wrote. "Wow!!what a difficult move to pull off at that young age!!" someone else said. Another fan wrote, "Gosh darn it!!! Its soooo hard to hate him."

Some fans pointed out that the opponent in the video is Islam Mamedov, who is a teammate of Nurmagomedov's now.

Nurmagomedov retired in 2020 after defeating Justin Gaethje in Abu Dhabi. He's also essentially retired from traveling as he wants to be home with his family. He'll still coach, but will not travel to corner fighters as often.
