Demarco Murray is known for his skills on the football field for many years. As one of the best running backs in the game for several years, Murray stepped away from football as a player in 2018. As a lifelong athlete, many times retiring from one sport can open up a passion for another. Murray has been taking up boxing in his spare time.

Murray was always known as a physical guy. In his years spent as a member of the Dallas Cowboys, Murray earned many awards including NFL Offensive Player of the Year in 2014 andNFL rushing touchdowns leader, also in 2014. Like many professional athletes, staying in shape during off seasons and after careers are over is very important. Boxing can be a great way for athletes of all sports to keep up their fitness and cardio.

Murray’s time spent working out and practicing his boxing skills is not a mean sto a new career. Murray recently signed on as a running back coach for the Arizona Wildcats. However, even as a coach staying in shape is important.
