Celebrities who train MMA: Mark-Paul Gosselaar

Kids of the 90s fell in love with Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Zack Morris on the show Saved By the Bell. Since that show ended, Gosselaar was made the transition from child star to adult actor. Gosselaar has starred on Franklin & Bash, and most recently The Passage. Being in the public eye for so many years can take a toll of your body and your mind. Having to stay in shape throughout decades of acting can be difficult, but Gosselaar turns to Brazilian jiu-jitsu to get his body camera ready and to keep his mind right.

Gosselaar has come a long way from his Saved by the Bell days. An avid outdoorsman, jiu-jitsu is just one of many activities he does in order to stay in top shape. Recently Gosselaar reunited with his Saved by the Bell co-star Mario Lopez for a roll on the mats. The picture quickly became a viral sensation when fans caught wind of it.

Gosselaar has been training jiu-jitsu for several years, he recently earned his blue belt which he showed off in the picture with Lopez, who is also a blue belt. As a family man, Gosselaar has started his kids to follow in his BJJ lifestyle. Gosselaar has made the successful move from teen heartthrob to martial arts stud. He is now ready for all of his action roles present and future.
