Keep your eyes on PFL featherweight Gabriel Braga at PFL 4 on Thursday.

The PFL is back with another entry in what is a summer packed with mixed martial arts action. PFL 4 is set for Thursday, June 8 from the OTE Arena in Atlanta, Georgia featuring several names that MMA fans will recognize, and others that are looking to break through. One such individual is Gabriel Braga as he looks to build on his undefeated streak.

Braga is looking to push his undefeated streak to 11 wins, as he takes on former WSOF champion and former UFC title challenger, Marlon Moraes. Braga’s career started in July 2018 and he’s remained active since. That is especially true of 2023, as this will be his third fight this year in less than six months.

Braga made his PFL debut in the Challenger Series in March where he defeated Ago Huskic. That next month he’d be right back in the cage, defeating Jesus Pinedo. Four of his wins have come via stoppage, with the other six going to decision.

Marlon Moraes needs a win to turn his career around

As Braga continues to surge as an undefeated prospect, Moraes is hoping to stop the freefall that has hampered his career. He’s riding a six-fight losing streak and dropped seven of his last eight going back to his UFC 238 bout against Henry Cejudo. Before this, Moraes had many in the MMA community predicting he’d become UFC bantamweight champion after an impressive four-fight win streak that included victories over John Dodson, Aljamain Sterling, Jimmie Rivera, and Raphael Assuncao. He will bring a 23-12-1 professional record into Thursday’s contest.
