UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones was in his feelings on Monday night. But by Tuesday morning had come to his senses and deleted his emotional rant. But don't worry, we saw it all and will explain everything you might have missed.

First, it appears that Jones was upset with the fan's narrative that the "next one" will be the one who finally stops him. This looks to have been triggered by Tom Aspinall's UFC London quick win over Marcin Tybura. He defeated him in just 73 seconds and called out Jones for a fight.

Jones seems frustrated that over the course of his long career people still doubt him.

“Sometimes I feel like I’ve been in a déjà vu, everyone’s going to be the guy to kick my ass,” Jones wrote in one of three tweets that he's now deleted. “Meanwhile, I’m over here undefeated with a face full of gray hairs.”

Another tweet looks to be aimed at his former or potential opponents, “Half the time the guys talking the most crap don’t even end up winning their next fight. I’ve been around this game for a long time. Over the years, I’ve learned not to get all impress so quickly. Stick around, win consistently like I have. And then talk your sh*t.

And the third reads, “Everyone’s the next big thing until I beat them. And then it’s like well. Who was that guy anyway? Just a few months ago Gane was the absolute future of MMA. Best foot work, fastest heavy weight we have ever seen. The most athletic. Now everyone’s like who the hell is that guy.”

Jones will step into the Octagon again come November to face off with Stipe Miocic, who many believe to be one of the best UFC heavyweights of all time.
