The UFC is headed back over the Atlantic Ocean, as it prepares for UFC London. Tom Aspinall continues his campaign to become the next top heavyweight contender, this time taking on Marcin Tybura in the main event. Across the card, there are several other fighters to keep an eye on, with key opportunities in front of them. Davey Grant is in such a position, making him the fighter to watch for UFC London.

Grant’s 10-year career in the UFC continues with a bout against Daniel Marcos at UFC London. Throughout that decade-long run with the company, Grant has shown spurts of greatness leading to many wondering just how far he can rise. He made his debut back during The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rousey versus Team Tate where he was defeated by Chris Holdsworth.

Since that defeat back in 2013, he was able to pick up some important wins at bantamweight. That includes important victories over the likes of Marlon Vera, Jonathan Martinez, and Louis Smolka. He has struggled at points, losing four fights in the Octagon, both times in back-to-back situations. Grant’s last appearance was a win against former highly-ranked bantamweight Raphael Assuncao in March, stretching his current streak to two straight wins. Grant brings a 15-6 professional record into this fight against Marcos.

Daniel Marcos looks to keep his undefeated streak going at UFC London

Standing across from him will be an undefeated prospect in Marcos. Marcos earned his way into the UFC via the Dana White Contender Series back in 2022. He’s competed once in the Octagon, picking up a stoppage victory over Saimon Oliveira at UFC 283. He is 14-0 walking into this bout at UFC London. This is a big fight for both men in the uber-deep 135-pound division.
