1. Miesha Tate, TUF 18

Miesha Tate was the embodiment of grace under pressure when she stepped in to coach against Ronda Rousey ahead of their rematch. Rousey was not thrilled from the beginning. She expected to see Cat Zingano, but due to an injury, Tate came on as a replacement. Rousey made it her mission to make Tate's life a living hell in the show.

But Tate took everything in the chin. She never retaliated or stooped down to Rousey's childish antics.

As for the team, Tate was extremely engaged with her fighters. She had her blueprint for each fight and sat in the corner, giving instructions. Outside the cage, she preached team unity and looked to pick the best matches for her fighters.

Team Tate won both the men's and women's tournaments that season with Chris Holdsworth and eventual UFC bantamweight champion Julianna Peña coming out on top.
