The UFC 292 card is shaping up to be quite an entertaining night, featuring big performances and upsets. Unfortunately, many people struggled to watch or were unable to access the pay-per-view due to technical difficulties with the ESPN+ service.
The likes of MMA fans, media members, and even fighters themselves, complained of error messages and inability to purchase the pay-per-view broadcast. Some people even claimed they were forced to purchase the event multiple times and were still unable to access it.
This happened at UFC 257, as well.
What are the steps to take to get a refund from ESPN+ for UFC 292?
ESPN and the UFC owe the fans who were bothered and burdened by these issues, and that means having to pay out some refunds, to say the least.
If you were one of those who had issues watching UFC 292 and want to demand a refund, you can call the customer support line at 1-800-727-1800, or contact Support@espnplus.com.
If you purchased the pay-per-view through a third party, you may need to contact them for your refund.
Needless to say, everyone affected should be able to get a refund, even if just partially.
It’s quite the irony after UFC president Dana White promised and threatened to go after pirated UFC pay-per-view broadcasts in the lead up to the card.
