UFC Vegas 63: Calvin Kattar vs. Arnold Allen live results.

Two featherweights will look to make a big step toward getting a UFC title shot in the near future when they do battle in the main event of UFC Vegas 63.

Calvin Kattar and Arnold Allen, ranked No. 5 and 6, respectively, in the UFC featherweight rankings, could find themselves a fight or two away from a shot at the gold currently held by Alexander Volkanovski with a strong showing in tonight’s headline bout.

Kattar, who has been fighting top featherweight competition for a while now but has been unable to string more than two wins together for a time, comes into this fight off a split-decision loss to Josh Emmett in the main event of June’s UFC Austin.

The loss, however, was Kattar’s third straight Fight of the Night bonus win, also earning the bonus in his January 2022 win over Giga Chikadze and his January 2021 loss to Max Holloway.

The up-and-coming Allen enters on an 11-fight win streak and with just a single loss in MMA, including an undefeated Octagon record. Allen last fought in March, stopping Dan Hooker in just under three minutes at UFC London.
