Dana White’s Contender Series: A ranking of all the contract winners.

Dana White was a busy man this season, handing out a whopping 43 contracts over 10 weeks while season 5 produced a previous high of 39 contracts. The talent coming in is getting better and the finishes are becoming more frequent. Dana White’s message after week 1 was heavily received. This year DWCS also trended the most out of any season, landing in the top 10 for six of the first nine episodes. Let’s break down all 43 fighters and how well they’ll do in the UFC.

43. Viktoriya Dudakova

Russia’s Viktoriya Dudakova (6-0) joined the women’s strawweight division with a unanimous decision victory over Maria Silva in week 6. Dudakova kept her undefeated record intact despite a leg injury coming into the fight. Dudakova wants to be at 100% before making her debut, so we’ll have to wait and see how severe the injury is before we see her in the UFC.

42. Hailey Cowan

LFA and Invicta FC vet Hailey Cowan (7-2) earned a hard-fought split decision victory over Claudia Leite to add some new blood to the women’s bantamweight division. The NCAA All-American gymnast has shown promise in the cage, getting some buzz in 2018 with her head-kick knockout of Jessica Sotack. Though Cowan was happy with her performance, Dana was quite critical after the fight. It’ll be interesting to see who they match her up with in her debut.

41. Daniel Marcos

Undefeated Peruvian Daniel Marcos (13-0) won a decisive unanimous decision victory against Brandon Lewis to join the bantamweight division. Marcos, who before this fight last fought in 2019, is eager to get back in the octagon and isn’t picky about where or when.

40. Francis Marshall

Undefeated featherweight Francis Marshall (6-0) dominated Connor Matthews on this way to a unanimous decision victory. Marshall showed his complete MMA game and a gas tank that can last all three rounds and is set to make his UFC debut against Marcelo Rojo at UFC Orlando.
