Bellator 286: Patricio Pitbull vs. Adam Borics betting odds
By Brian Cook
Here is the Bellator 286: Patricio Pitbull vs. Adam Borics odds breakdown.
Bellator returns for the second week in a row with their best fighter ever and featherweight champion Patricio Pitbull vs. Adam Borics in the main event. They are going to battle at The Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, CA, Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, with the preliminary card beginning at 7:00 p.m ET.
The betting odds in that main event keep getting closer, with the champion a slight favorite now (-135). Pitbull comes into this fight off a win over co-headliner A.J. McKee in their rematch back in April, avenging his first loss since 2016. Widely regarded as Bellator’s best fighter ever, Pitbull backers get real value here. Borics (+115) is coming in on a four-fight win streak, all by decision. His lone loss came in early 2020 to Darrion Caldwell, but he has not faced anything near Pitbull’s competition.
Previously mentioned, A.J. McKee (-435) is the heavy favorite in the co-main event, coming off his lone loss in that rematch loss to Pitbull. Additionally, McKee hasn’t needed the judges in four of his last five fights, something to keep in mind when wagering. Across the cage, the colorful Spike Carlyle (+350) offers a nice payout if you’re feeling the upset. Carlyle is a live dog here, coming in on a five-fight win streak, all inside the distance.
Bellator 286 has a balance of lopsided lines and tight contests. The biggest favorite is Sumiko Inaba (-750) vs. Nadine Mandiau (+500). Conversely, the main card provides great match-making with Juan Archuleta (-110) vs. Enrique Barzola (-110). Before placing your official bets, check out the official betting odds below.
