DWCS week 3: Bo Nickal vs. Zachary Borrego live weigh-in results.

Fighters will weigh-in on Monday for Dana White Contender Series week 3 with one of the strongest cards the UFC has put together.

NCAA wrestling standout Bo Nickal will compete in his second professional fight against undefeated Zachary Borrego. Jamal Pogues, a DWCS alum who didn’t receive a contract in 2019, is back to face Paulo Renato, Jr., who claimed the Inside Fighters’ League heavyweight championship in his most recent bout last October.

Rounding out the card is Uzbekistan kickboxing standout Anvar Boynazarov vs. Lux Fight League featherweight champion Erik Silva, a flyweight bout between finishers Clayton Carpenter and Edgar Chairez, and a strawweight matchup between Poland’s Karolina Wojcik and Peru’s Sandra Lavado.

Week 1 came up flat, with only one fighter (Joe Pyfer) earning a contract. After Dana White’s threat to future fighters, week 2 delivered. All winners on the card earned contracts and only one bout went the distance. With the talent lined up for Tuesday night, we could very well see close to the same results.
