Conor McGregor destroys Tony Ferguson with hilariously bad meme

After Tony Ferguson was viciously knocked out by Michael Chandler at UFC 274, Conor McGregor poked fun at him on Twitter.

UFC 274 was an eventful fight card, to say the least. Perhaps what has set social media ablaze was the end result of the Michael Chandler-Tony Ferguson lightweight bout. 17-seconds into the second round, Chandler unleashed a vicious front kick to Ferguson’s jaw, knocking him out instantly.

Conor McGregor, who was very active on Twitter during the event, decided to poke fun at Ferguson hours after the fight result went final.

With this latest bout in the books, Ferguson is now on a four-fight skid. He lost to Justin Gaethje at UFC 249 by fifth-round technical knockout for the interim UFC Lightweight Championship, Charles Oliveira at UFC 256 by unanimous decision and Beniel Dariush at UFC 262 by unanimous decision.

Even though McGregor was not active for the fights, as he is still recovering from a leg injury that he suffered in his fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Even so, McGregor received a call out from Chandler after his fight, to which he responded.

In the main event, Oliveira defeated Gaethje in the first round with a rear naked choke. Sure enough, Oliveira called out McGregor as well, and he responded to that as well.

Despite the callouts, UFC president Dana White said that McGregor is not ready to fight just yet.
