The UFCproduced reality tv show The Ultimate Fighter kicks off season 30, a 12-episode series with a new episode dropping each Tuesday beginning May 3. This season’s contestants, who are men’s heavyweights and women’s flyweights, are eager for a contract to join the UFC roster.
UFC champions Amanda Nunes and Julianna Pena will coach the season’s contestants. The two coaches will go head-to-head following the series at a date yet to be determined in a rematch of their bantamweight scrap/
Pena previously competed in season 18 and won. Nunes is undeniably one of the most extraordinary women’s mixed martial artists ever. While Pena dominated Nunes in their face-off last year, Nunes now has a chance to gain the upper hand.
The Ultimate Fighter 30 on ESPN+ features a dynamic cast of hungry fighters
The previously announced cast of the iconic series includes the following men’s heavyweight fighters: Nyle Bartling (6-0), Chandler Cole (8-3), Jordan Heiderman (5-0), Bobby Maximus (5-4), Zac Pauga (5-0), Eduardo Perez (4-1), Mitchell Sipe (5-2) and Mohammed Usman (7-2).
The women’s flyweight fighters are Chantel Coates (2-1), Claire Guthrie (3-1), Juliana Miller (2-1), Kaytlin Neil (5-4), Kathryn Paprock (3-2), Melissa Parker (2-1), Helen Peralta (4-2) and Brogan Walker (7-2).
