FanSided has been given an inside look at a luxury vacation rental located on the water in Miami, Florida that has played host to UFC stars like Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Kamaru Usman, and their manager Ali Abdelaziz who have all stayed courtesy of The Nightfall Group.

Most recently Nurmagomedov stayed in the home, overlooking Biscayne Bay, while in Miami for Eagle FC.

“Khabib was an all-around excellent guest that took great care of the Bay Villa property, and someone we look forward to hosting again in the future,” The Nightfall Group CEO, Mokhtar Jabli told FanSided. “He was impressed by the size and quality of the property The Nightfall Group provided him. Some of the features of the villa are a fully-equipped summer kitchen, home office, media room, and boat and jet ski ramps, in addition to 7,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living and entertaining space.
