Bellator 266: Phil Davis vs. Yoel Romero full fight card, start time, channel guide.

Bellator 266 is set to go down on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, starting at 6 p.m. ET. You can watch the preliminary card on YouTube and the main card on Showtime. In the headliner, Bellator newcomer Yoel Romero looks to make a statement against Phil Davis. Both fighters need a win, and the matchup stylistically makes it even more intriguing.

After losing a light heavyweight title fight against Vadim Nemkov, Davis is eager to get back on track with a win. With that being said, Romero is making his Bellator debut after parting ways with the UFC. At 44 years old, Romero has to prove to MMA fans that he still has what it takes to become a world champion. Although Romero is older, Davis has more war miles under his belt.  Romero vs. Davis puts two well-rounded fighters against each other in an MMA chess match at 205 pounds.

The co-main event features welterweights Neiman Gracie and Mark Lemminger. Holding a record of 10-2, Gracie has made the family name proud with 9 submission wins. After losing two of his last three fights, Gracie looks to get back on track to becoming a Bellator champion. On the contrary, Lemminger has a 2-2 Bellator record. Although Gracie’s BJJ has been unstoppable, Lemminger’s wrestling will certainly go a long way towards finding success. With a win against Gracie, Lemminger should be able to excel himself into the Bellator welterweight rankings.

Also, twelve other fights are scheduled in the build-up to the co-main and main event. Fighters to watch include Christian Edwards, Grant Neal, Alejandra Lara, and Jesse Delgado. After taking off nearly one month without an event, Bellator has established quite the intriguing fight card in their return.
