Bellator fighter Darrion Caldwell flips off cage onto cameraperson
By Mike Dyce
Bellator fighter Darrion Caldwell did a back flip off the cage and onto the camera person.
At Bellator 143 at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, Darrion Caldwell got a big win over Shawn Bunch with a rear naked choke. To celebrate Caldwell climbed the cage, which isn’t uncommon.
Fighters climb the cage all the time, either to exitand rush the stands like Jose Aldo has done or Conor McGregor did to confront Aldo. Or they sit on top of the cage to celebrate and gesture to the crowd. At UFC 189 McGregor and his coach sat ontop of the cage.
Caldwell went to do a backflip off of the cage however, a risky and dangerous move only a man pumped full of adrenaline who just took out a professional fighter would go for. That or a WWE superstar.
The only problem was a camera person getting in the way.
Check it out below:
Fortunately, the camera lady is fine. We’re assuming this Tweet in reference to Dawn is in regards to the cameraperson that absorbed Caldwell’s flip.
Here is how Caldwell won the fight to begin the celebration.
